I created this website to give the reader only recipes strictly belonging to the Italian tradition, without any modification. For none of the recipes will you need special tools, but some will require typical Italian ingredients (I suggest not to try to replace any ingredient with something else, unless specified).

Well you have to know that cooking is a big part of the italian culture, and we believe that is part of our duty to keep our original recipes intact, like you would do with any cultural heritage.
