Pesto


Ingredients

1/2 cloves of garlic

Basil

Extra virgin olive oil

Parmigiano Reggiano

Pine nuts


Preparation

Put all ingredients in a mortar and mix them together (don't crush them like you were using an hammer). That's it.


If you don't have a mortar, you can use a blender. Use the lowest speed (it's important for the pesto ingredients to lose all the essential oils).
